A Casa di Lu Fuoco. With much love and with future guests in mind, Luisa and Antonio have breathed new life into a typical house in the centre of town by completely renovating it and creating three delightful independent mini-apartments with every comfort. On the second floor is the Fuoco flat with an independent entrance via a large wrought-iron spiral staircase and a delightful little balcony with table and chairs. 10 metres away is the garden equipped with barbecue and furnished with table and chairs, deckchairs and parasol for your moments of relaxation. We are waiting for you!

The Fuoco flat is located on the second and last floor with an open view over the hills and the rooftops of the village. It consists of an entrance on the left bathroom with shower, kitchen with counter/dining area and exit to the lovely little balcony with table and chairs, followed by the bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed. It is equipped with all comforts: free Wi-fi, air conditioning and heating (both services are on request and extra charge), Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee pod machine, kettle, American coffee machine. The Fuoco flat can accommodate up to 3 people in the bedroom in the double bed and in the single sofa bed Combined with the other two flats on the ground floor: flat "acqua" with a private courtyard and on the first floor flat "terra" with a small balcony, we can accommodate up to nine people. The flat is for the exclusive use of the three flats. 10 metres away is the garden equipped with barbecue and furnished with table and chairs, deckchairs and parasol for your moments of relaxation. We are waiting for you! The village of Colazza will be your arrival point where you will find everything you need, the shop, the restaurant, the pharmacy, the mountain-bike rental, the sports area where you can practice: skating, sport fishing, beach volleyball, but it will also be your starting point to explore our territory with its mountains and lakes. Lake Maggiore: just 7 minutes by car is Meina, 12 minutes is Arona and 15 minutes is Stresa. Lake Orta, the most romantic of the Italian lakes, is 20 minutes away.
