Casa Artò, independent and sunny house in the heart of the village with garden

Casa Artò is an independent, sunny house which, despite being in the heart of the village, has a beautiful garden equipped with a barbecue and table and chairs for your outdoor meals. Your dogs (maximum 2) are welcome, please note that the garden is not fenced off. You can park your car a few metres from the house in a convenient free car park. On your arrival you will be welcomed by Marina and Massimo, the owners of the house, who also live in the delightful hamlet of Artò.

The small ancient village of Artò, located in the municipality of Madonna del Sasso, with its cobbled streets, wash house and old houses will enchant you and let you discover times long past. The village is immersed in nature and you can take beautiful walks one of which starts just before the entrance to the house, a path will lead you to the Sanctuary of Madonna del Sasso where you can admire a superb panorama of Lake Orta. Casa Artò of about 90 square metres is spread over 2 floors in addition to the ground floor. Composition: on the ground floor there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron, a staircase in serizzo and wrought iron railing will lead you to the first floor where there is the living area with kitchen/dining room with exit to the balcony, and living room also with exit to the balcony. Please note that there is a fireplace in the living room but it is only ornamental (not to be used). We continue to the second floor where we find the sleeping area with the double bedroom, the twin bedroom and the bathroom with shower. The accommodation can accommodate up to n. 4 persons: n. 2 persons in the bedroom with a double bed n. 2 persons in the bedroom with single beds. A cot will be provided for babies up to the age of 2.
